The Tri-Aid is a uniquely designed trigger point device that can be used anywhere at any time. The key use of the Tri-Aid is to act as a self-massage tool for those who suffer from upper cervical pain and tension, or cervical tension-type headaches, as its main design feature allows the device to trigger point the suboccipital region at the base of the skull.  The multi-use design also allows the Tri-Aid to be used as an effective trigger point device for all other parts of the body. The relatively small size of the Tri-Aid allows you to carry it with you in a sports/gym bag, travel bag, or handbag.

  • Side A

the most unique aspect of the triaid is the specially designed upper cervical/sub-occipital trigger point function.

  • Side B

with a broader tip, side B covers all of your general trigger point needs, from thoracic spine, to glutes and quads.

  • Side C

a smaller tip allows for side C to get into those really specific areas including the rotator cuff, pecs and hip flexors.

Details

Side A has been designed to accommodate varying neck widths, with the closest point-to-point distance being 4cm, and a width of 6cm from apex to apex.  Point A is angled back at 45˚ to target the suboccipital region and accommodate for the natural curvature of the neck.

Our go-to for headaches!

Side B has 2 identical rounded points designed to have a 'softer edge' to target broader areas including the glutes, upper/mid back and shoulders.  The apex point-to-point distance is 7.5cm.

Side C points are designed to mimic a thumb or finger pressure to get into specific trigger points such as the upper traps or pecs as well as between bony structures + the feet and hands! The unit allows for a good grip with Side C intended to be used as a hand held trigger point device.
