Terms and Conditions

Customers submitting a purchase order agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions set out by Wod Gear Australia. The following terms and conditions supersede any previous terms and conditions and Wod Gear Australia reserves the right to make changes to the website and this document at anytime.

LIABILITY

Wod Gear Australia does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website.

Wod gear Australia reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at anytime without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided.

ORDERING METHOD

Wod Gear Australia offers on-line purchasing. Orders via phone will not be accepted.

Online orders for delivery within Australia are dispatched via Courier and Australia Post

Wod Gear Australia ships to most destinations around the world via Air Mail and arrive within 10-30 working days from dispatch. Wod Gear Australia does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply. International customers will need to check with their local customs office in regard to what, if any, duty you may be liable for when the order arrives.

DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days of Order Confirmation and funds being cleared from afterpay and zippay subject to all ordered items being in stock.

We will endeavor to search in store for styles if they are not available in the online store warehouse. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email.

Please note: Wod Gear Australia will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery from the couriers or any re delivery charges.

ACCEPTANCE

The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage and must notify

Goods may be returned providing the garments are unworn with tags

intact and accompanied by the receipt. Please see Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.

PRICING

Wod Gear Australia reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices and orders are displayed and processed in Australia Dollars (AUD)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We understand selecting the right style and size online can be a difficult one. For this reason, we welcome an exchange, credit note or full refund on online orders within 14 days of purchase provided the tax invoice can be produced, the original tags are attached and items are returned in unworn condition.

To ensure you receive your preferred exchange choice please email info@wodgear.com.auThis e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with your name, contact details invoice number and details of the preferred replacement choice (Item name, colour & size). This will ensure your item is kept aside whilst we await the return of your garment to our Wod Gear Head Office. If the style you require is 'out of stock' your replacement item(s) must be selected from the current range available at Wod Gear . Alternatively a credit note will be issued for 12 months.

Wod Gear Australia reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty by a Wod Gear a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a credit note issued. A response for Faulty Claims will be received within 48 hours of the garments arrival at the Wod Gear Head Office.

Please note: Wod Gear Australia will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.

• Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge.

• For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.

• You need to send the original or a copy of receipt with your order.

• In the event that your product is lost in transit, Wod Gear Australia will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via Registered Post.

• We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

RETURN OF GIFT WITH PURCHASE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

If your order is returned/ refunded and you have received a promotional item of gift with purchase, the item must also be returned in original condition, otherwise the retail price will be deducted from the refunded amount.

If you wish to return purchased items but keep the promotional item we are happy to offer you an online credit note.

There is no warranty or exchange on promotional items.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers can not be redeemed for cash or refunded for cash.

gift vouchers are valid for 365 days and expire after this date unless authorised manually by management.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

Refunds will only be applied if the product is damaged or deemed faulty and Wod Gear Australia reserves the right to determine whether a product is damaged or faulty. Claims will be reviewed and a response received within 48 hours of the arrival at Wod Gear Australia.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Some orders may be cancelled only in the instance where the order has not yet been shipped.

Back ordered products can not be cancelled.

All custom printing orders can not be cancelled once invoiced and paid for and production has begun.

TYPOGRAPHCAL ERRORS

In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Wod Gear Australia reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders.

Wod Gear Australia will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.

"Wod Gear" is trade mark registered in Australia and New Zealand owned by Darren Jackson - Director of Wod Gear Australia Pty Ltd

 

"CrossFit" is a registered trademark owned by CrossFit Inc. Wod Gear Australia is not affiliated or endorsed in any mannor with CrossFit Inc. 

Delivery Time

Orders sent sent standard post will arrive within 7-14 business days.

Express post or Express courier will arrive within 2-7 business days depending on customers location of Metro or Rural area.

Refunds

Any goods that are faulty from new will be available for a full refund including shipping costs.
