Plyometric Boxes offer the most stability and durability with 1 inch square tubular steel construction and fully welded frames. Athletes on any level can use these boxes for forward, lateral, and other plyometric jumping drills. Use taller boxes in combination with shorter boxes for a variety of drills such as, high jumps with step downs, and progressive height jumping. Available in multiple heights, from 6" to 42". Tops are reinforced 1/2" plywood with nonslip rubber surface. Stackable for easy storage.
