This timer has both count down, count up, programmable rest periods
with built in "fight gone bad" and "tabata" functions. Loud beeps will not be
drowned out by music or background noise. Includes 3m cord and adapter,
plexi glass front cover, wall mounting brackets, remote control and a 2 year warranty
