The SMAI Kids Training Barbell is the perfect entry level training barbell for children learning the technique of weight lifting. The 22.2mm bar is a light weight aluminium construction, making it suitable for little lifters to practice with. The bar features olympic sleeve diameter of 50mm, so can be used with fractional plates and lock collars that fit an Olympic barbell.
The bar features a black anodized coating finished with olympic and power lifting knurling markings for an authentic lifting training experience. Complete with brass brushing, this Kids barbell will setup little lifters for correct technique into the future.
Please note: The Kids Training Barbell is rated to 18KG and is designed for kids technique training only. Only use fractional plates. Never use full sized olympic plates. Overloading the barbell will cause it to bend.
